“A wonderful thrift store!
Many of the “thrift stores” in Toronto and around Kensington are curated vintage shops where things aren’t much cheaper than regular chain stores. Shoneys has everything you’re looking for in an actual thrift store, and they have an amazing selection of clothes.
Some of the clothes, of course, have stains and aren’t in the best condition, but the prices are incredible. You can purchase a very high quality winter coat for just $20.
They also have a dedicated $5 rack with many things! The only section they lack in is t-shirts, but they have countless sweaters, jackets, coats, pants, etc.
